It will be washed (without detergent) and dried once to start the ragging process. It will fluff up even more with time.
I always use minky on the back of my quilts because I know how much babies love it. My 2-year-old still carries around his favorite "soft blankie".

Super cute blanket ! Good quality, a little thinner than I expected but that’s ok ! Got it personalized for our nursery and it is quite cute ! The seller was so accommodating and add another square of fabric I wanted to match our decor 🥰
